Returns & Warranty Policy
1. Returns (Physical Products)
You have the right to return your item within 14 days of receiving it for a refund, in line with UK consumer law.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The item must be returned in its original packaging where possible
- The item must still have its original tag in order to return it.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
2. Faulty or Damaged Items
- If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault within 30 days of delivery, please contact us as soon as possible with details and photos of the issue. The photos must be time stamped to ensure it was faulty upon delivery.
- The bag has been tested to withhold a good amount of weight. This includes, the instrument itself along with chanters, music and laptop's. If the bag is damaged due to excessive weight, the bag may not be returned.
Where a product is confirmed to be faulty, you will be offered a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with your legal rights.
3. Warranty (Bagpipe Travel Case)
We provide a 6-month limited warranty on the bagpipe travel case covering manufacturing defects.
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by overfilling or excessive weight **
- General wear and tear
- Accidental damage or misuse
- Damage caused by carrying non-standard or inappropriate items
We reserve the right to assess all warranty claims and determine the appropriate resolution.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Digital products, including music books (if delivered digitally) and online lessons, are non-refundable once accessed, downloaded, or delivered, unless required by law.

**This is a travel bag and not a bag that’s to be filled with every day items. Over filling this bag, like any other bag, can stress the bag and its materials.
